Exchange & Returns Policies

If you need to return or exchange a product that has already been delivered, please be aware that customers are responsible for the associated shipping costs. All shipping fees for exchange and returns are non-refundable.

Kindly note that exchange/refund requests shall be submitted within 24 hours from receiving your order. After 24 hours, items are not subject to exchange or return.

Customized orders are not subject to exchange or refund.

Earrings and Ear-cuffs are not subject to exchange or refunds for hygiene purposes.

The fixed rate for exchange/return shipping for all local orders in Cairo is 190 EGP, for Governorates it's 230 EGP.
