PAYMENTS AND CURRENCIES

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online payments for Local Customers:

    • If you're shopping locally within Egypt, you have the option to pay with cash upon delivery. The checkout will display the value in USD,
      Please note that while the checkout will display the value in USD, your payment will be settled in EGP (Egyptian Pound) upon delivery.
      You will pay the equivalent value of USD in EGP (Egyptian Pound) upon delivery.

      Special Note for Local COD Payments:

      • If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) within Egypt, your payment will be in EGP, equivalent to the displayed USD value at checkout. This makes your payment process simple and straightforward.

  2. Online Payment for Local and International Customers:

    • For both our local and international customers, we offer secure online payment options through our website. Whether you're in Egypt or anywhere else in the world, you can easily complete your purchase with confidence.
      International Payments in Saudi Arabia and UAE:
      • For our customers in Saudi Arabia and UAE, we accept all types of debit or credit cards. Additionally, you have the option to pay using your mobile wallet for added convenience.

Currency at Checkout:

  • At checkout, you will see the prices displayed in USD (United States Dollar). However, we accept payment in any currency you prefer, including EGP (Egyptian Pound), SAR (Saudi Riyals), (AED)  The United Arab Emirates dirham,  EUR (Euro), or any other worldwide currency. There are NO additional fees for currency conversion.
